Whatever Happened to Gym Class?

Not a  recent article but one well worth revisiting. This is By Salynn Boyles and is a WebMD Feature article.
It's an article on West Middle School
in Downey, Calif. and their high-tech fitness
facility that allows them to race stationary bicycles on virtual courses against computer-generated opponents, and keep track of their fitness levels over time using handheld devices. It also has information on the fitness levels of students throughout the U.S.

 Still in need?

If  you still can't get enough you can always try looking in the PE_TALK and NASPE_L archives.

You can type in holidays to get a plethora of ideas or you can be more specific and type in the name of the holiday you need an activity for.
If you are afraid of offending anyone you can always type in winter, winter activities, or winter games. You will find ideas on skiing, skating, bob sledding, etc.
