How Being Active and Part of a Team Helps to Make You Healthy and Happy

"My opinion of being active is that it keeps you healthy in many different ways. It keeps you healthy not only physically, but mentally as well. Being active makes you want to make healthy choices, such as saying no to drugs, not smoking and not drinking alcohol under age.

Also being healthy makes you look better, and if you look better you feel better. Being part of a team makes me very, very happy. These are some reasons why. I like to see myself improve in many different ways. I also like to help and see others improve too. I enjoy playing with my friends who have the same interests, getting some exercise, but most of all having fun. Being active makes you look better, feel better, and it lets you spend a fun, active, and healthy time with your friends and teammates."
